I'm writing to complain about Fedex made a mistake of sending back to the shipper the package with tracking #Tracking_A.

I had another package that same time with a different tracking #Tracking_B which was the right tracking # that I was refusing delivery.

However, Fedex made both tracking #s as "refused by recipient" and send both back to their respective shippers.

I need Fedex to correct this situation by providing a free prepaid label to the shipper so they can ship back the item I ordered to me again.

I called them but they wanted me to pay for the re-shipping first and call them to get a credit. What douchebags they are. . .
