I've been getting packages at my address for 12 years. In the last two weeks suddenly they say my address is incorrect and undeliverable.
The customer service puts in the request to redeliver but they say they do not do that now and I will have to wait until the next day. I request a supervisor and they say I will get a call back but no one ever calls. The package always comes the next day so obviously the address was not wrong, but they don't bother to fix it. Why should I pay to have packages delivered at a certain time and then they make excuses.
When I refuse to wait for a call back and I demand a supervisor on the phone, they hang up on me.
I have also asked to get the number for the distribution center to fix the problem at the source and they refuse and say they will call me, which never happens either. Use Us
User's recommendation: Use UPS or USPS always!

Monetary Loss: $10.
Preferred solution: A refund of my $10.00 plus speaking to the distribution center and informing them on how to read a map!! .
FedEx Cons: Overpriced, Quality of delivery, Drivers cannot read.
