Fedex has been delivering care package to me with difficulties at the customs and finally the care package this time was returned home.

I was not respected as a customer over the phone this time and the information given to me over the phone was inaccurate. Because of their inaccuracy my care package was sent back home.

Fedex could not even help with anything except being afraid to be charged extra at the custom hold when we customers pay so much to ship a package in trust that Fedex will do their job right.

I will never use Fedex again.
