I had a vendor request I make a package "delivery refused" in order to make their lives simpler. I agreed as it seemed a fairly easy thing to do.
I contacted FedEx with the tracking number and they put a flag on that specific tracking number. I then learned that a critical customers order would be delivered that same day - see a problem? I did as well, I called FedEx not once but three times to insure that at least that package was delivered. The WEB site showed it was out for delivery - guess what - they pulled it from the truck and returned it by 7:30 AM and when I contacted FedEx they essentially said - life suck for you.
I will NEVER use FedEx again - ever for any reason what so ever.
