I follow the guidelines in this blogspot.

Parcel was send out and tracking number obtained.

Parcel was kept in transit.

Parcel was send back to sender.

Sender quickly proceeded to close my account.

Money gone and no product.

Fedex does not respond.

They give different stories every time I call.

They claim the parcel is still in transit but their own paperwork states it has been send back.

The sender got it back and even rubbed it in my face that he did.

Fedex actively aids scammers.

Sending back parcels without contacting buyer of the goods.

Monetary Loss: $8000.
