How bout a little warning and better explanation of things, FedEx? I sent my wife in the Philippines my used cell phone, and my son some toys through FedEx.

MISTAKE. The FedEx employee that handled the shipping here at the point of origin mismatched the tracking numbers on the waybill and receipt, so it got held up at the destination facility. Once that was cleared, it got held up at customs, and has been there for a week now. Maybe we should know about these things, but shouldn't the employee also have warned me about the possibility of a hold up at customs and possible duties and taxes?

Apparently not, because all FedEx cares about is taking your money. Once they have it, they could care 2 sh!ts about you and your package.

Monetary Loss: $655.
