I ordered two packages that were both delivered by FedEx. Both arrived damaged beyond repair and had to be returned.
A DVD I ordered looked like it had been stomped on. When I opened the box, it literally started to fall apart.
I also ordered a poster. It was messily rolled and shoved into a flimsy box, and it too looked like it had been stomped on. Unsurprisingly, when I opened it, the poster was bent and torn.
It amazes me that such a large company would hire such stupid delivery drivers. I will not use them again if they hire people too dumb to not be able to step on customers' items.
