FedEx held one of my overnight shipments of payroll checks without informing me! 5 employees did not get paid on time because FedEx failed.
When I called FedEx all anyone could say was NO and CAN"T. Turns out the package has been sitting in their facility for 3 days now and they "can't" do anything about it. FedEx kept transferring the call from person to person, then department to department. Finally transferred to a different location, but it was all the same.
No one there seems to give a s*** about their customers.
It was worse than talking to someone at a call center that reads from a script. Switching to UPS or USPS.
