Anytime I have something shipped FedEx their service is hit and miss, and more miss than hit. Whenever FedEx doesn't feel like delivering my package I have to track it down and try to find it.

I am so fustrated, even went to their wherehouse and filled out their card several times. I have lived here over a decade and every other time I use them they say it's an "incorrect address" and don't deliver.

I now find myself so fustrated with their "who cares" attitude that any company who cannot offer UPS or US Postal as a delivery service will NOT get my buisness any longer.

Looks like FedEx is using the "Incorrect Address" justification every time they cannot meet the "delivered by 10:30 AM promise". This way, they do not have to honor their "money back guarantee" pledge.

It happened to me three times in the last month! Not a good business practice.


We understand. We're a bunch of *** morons. Do you understand?
