I was expected to receive a package today but Fedex again screwed up with the delivery and I'll have to wait till tomorrow. I called up customer care who transferred me to the local station manager Donna (Morton, IL) but the call got disconnected and there's no way I can reach her again without having to call the customer care again and waiting for 15 more minutes.
They have my number and could have called back but they just ignored me.
Shame on you FEDEX.
You definitely lost a customer for life. This is not the first time this is happening to me by the way.
