A colleague shipped me blood samples on Thursday 2/21/2008 next day delivery. The zip-code was incorrect in the last digit.
FedEx did not contact anyone regarding this they just held it at the station. When I called them at 1pm on Friday 2/22/08 the day it was supposed to be delivered they said they could not deliver it until Monday. What is the point of paying for next day service? The person on the phone told me that there are no drivers available.
Are you telling me that FedEx employees don't work after 1 pm on Fridays? Now I have to drive to the station and pick up the package. What a waste of money. I will never choose FedEx to ship my time sensitive material ever again.
They obviously do not care about their consumers.
