I received an email on Monday April 26 from Fedex warning me that my package (my fiance's wedding ring) would be delivered by 10:30 the next morning Tuesday April 27. All day April 27 I checked the status which stated the package was in the delivery van.

At 19:00hrs I checked again only to find that the tracking info stated 'DELIVERY EXCEPTION'. What does this mean? I was unable to leave the house the entire day because of the bogus FEDEX tracking status updates. Now today April 28 the tracking site again says that the package is in the delivery truck on its way to me, so I have to stay here again all day four days before my wedding waiting on FEDEX.

How can they presume that people are able to accept these mistakes.

Why send *** emails? Of course they can get away with this as people never sue and FEDEX assumes people's time is worthless.

From a consumer point of view, maybe we should start to sue them! I for one am tired of ALL of the $$ you spend for these services to get nothing in return! Including a package that you have to pick up YOUSELF!
