The gated community I live in has changed the gate code, many residents have had packages returned so I took it on myself to notify fedex and UPS to deliver a new gate code.
It is 8:00 A.M. and I have been on hold with Fedex for 39 minutes and 40 seconds to give them the 4 digit code. It will change again before the return to the phone.
Who knows when or if they will ever return to the phone, my motivation is not to hang up and get back in the imaginary line of callers.
When will a service audit show the true treatment of the people who trust them for shipping.
