I ordered a product to be delivered by Fedex and the driver never rung my bell to inform me that he was downstairs. My package was left unattended inside of the lobby of my building(building contains 30 apartments) where anyone and everyone walking in or out the building had access to. My package was stolen and Fedex refused to take responsibility for the lazy and incompetent driver who was supposed to deliver my pack I am now out or $200.00 because of Fedex's horrible service
