I ordered my son a Cam Newton Jersey from NFLshop.com on 12/13/15 and paid for 3 day shipping. Should have by Christmas no problem right?
Wrong. I called on 12/18/15 and was upgraded to overnight shipping. It was then sent to Fedex on 12/19 scheduled for delivery 12/21 by 8pm that time came and went and status was changed to pending.
After hours on hold with Fedex the tracing dept found my jersey where they had "lost" it at a Tennessee facility and now it is Christmas Eve and they still havent shipped it out again, wont have it until the week after Christmas. Never using Fedex again, want reimbursed for shipping charge.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss order processing issue of fedex shipping. FedEx needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
