Wouldn use again or recommend. Communication skills very poor.

I was told i had an outstanding bill, took 3 months to resolve. They refered my case to a debt collecting company who were just as unhelpful. Fedex didn even tell me they were doing this. I sent them a bank statement which they asked for as proof of payment and heard nothing back so assumed all ok but clearly not.

Controlacounts had a dont care attitude and no apology or explanation from fedex when they found that i had paid. Terrible company!

This reviewer shared experience about bad quality and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Fedex. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
