Wouldn use again or recommend. Communication skills very poor.
I was told i had an outstanding bill, took 3 months to resolve. They refered my case to a debt collecting company who were just as unhelpful. Fedex didn even tell me they were doing this. I sent them a bank statement which they asked for as proof of payment and heard nothing back so assumed all ok but clearly not.
Controlacounts had a dont care attitude and no apology or explanation from fedex when they found that i had paid. Terrible company!
