This is the worst FedEx location I have ever dealt with. I have called them about 10x trying to get a claim resolved.

Each time they tell me they will look into it and call me back. I have yet to get a call. Tomorrow is April 1st and the package was shipped and lost at the first part of December. Horrible customer service.

I say this as a local business owner. I would be so embarrassed to have my customers go through this!

Call the national headquarters in Memphis. The stores are pitiful.

Most of the time you get another country.
