I am sick and tired of the United States of America telephone help to be latino or mexican.These people DO NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH.
I am sick and tired of names and addresses ALWAYS being incorrect. Also you must explain and SPELL addresses 3, 4, or FIVE times before they get it right. Then your package NEVER arrives and you look on the Interent which tells you there is an address problem. You call.
Again, another latino person telling you some horseshit about the shipper making an error. AGAIN, you have to SPELL out address 3 to SIX times to correct the matter. So FedEx which used to be "king of the hill" in the courier services is now in the shitpile with UPS simply because nobody understands ENGLISH. This is a sad state of affairs and this is also because our USA borders are violated "latino-ly" as well.
