Clearly, they only employ people who don’t give a *** about anybody else but them. This is the THIRD bad experience I’ve had with FedEx.

The second time I’ve been home, waiting for a Signature Required package to be delivered, and they did not bother to come to the door and knock NOR call me as requested. I left work early to be home for them and they did not even bother to come.

I'm also going through this same exact situation. They never deliver my packages yet claim that no one was home.

Someone is always home, especially on days that I'm expecting a delivery. Customer service is no help either.

My only option is traveling 30miles to the pick up station. I hate FedEx.


They do this all the time! It happened to me today, too, and not for the first time. I don't know why they think it's better to do three half-assed delivery "attempts" instead of one true attempt done the right way.

Instead of giving drivers incentives for completing their routes speedily, then should give them incentives for completing DELIVERIES successfully.
