My sent item was extremely well wrapped, resin, molded foam box with bubble wrap, card board, plastic wrap, more cardboard...and it arrived like it was hammered or stomped on with 2 pieces broken.After 30 days, a very rude person named Marty with Fedex Smart Post with a group hearing the call said it had been denied...no reason given....and more run around.
Very nasty. My buyer who has experience with hundreds of items was appalled at the poor service and obvious damaged box delivered WITH such appalling service, too. The Smartpost agent was terribly rude and very much of NO help. He also did not speak clearly.
This was a 40 day claim.
I would NOT recommend using this service.Ever.

The most disappointing in user's experience was disrespect by all employees, not consistent customer service, unprofessional service and any part of the experience at all. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
