I ordered a car part from ebay 12/14/16 and the company who sold this part created a shipping label 12/15/16 for Fedex to pickup.Part didn't get picked up until 12/19/16.
On 12/21 the package was only 60 miles from Deming, NM where I am broken down. From Lordsburg it went to El Paso, then to Dallas. 12/28 11:27 am I am told from Fedex it is now in Deming Post Office, still not delivered. I was told that smartpost is used by companies because the USPS can't picked up mail from certain companies so it subcontracts pickup at a reduced rate who then turns it back over to the USPS.
If Fedex picks up a package they should be held accountable to ensure that package is delivered. It reflects on the company that they don't care about anything except money. I will never buy anything that is being shipped by Fedex or ship anything through them again. Here is a screen shot of tracking info.

This reviewer shared experience about problem with delivery and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with FedEx. The most disappointing about fedex delivery service from FedEx was not receiving my package Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
