I had a smartpost package sent. I wasn't home when usps made the delivery so they left a slip in my mail box.
I requested redelivery and from there my package is untrackable. The tracking number i received shows that the usps got it and that it was undeliverable but when i called fedex they claim the tracking number doesn't exist. I can't find out where it is at my post office because i need to get a usps tracking number from fedex.
I am stuck in some messed up loop. I can't even get a refund for the package!
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss order processing issue of fedex smartpost delivery service. FedEx needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
