I ordered a power cord for my laptop over a week ago. It was coming from New Jersey and being shipped to Eastern Iowa.

In nine hours it was in Orland Indiana, from Orland it was then shipped to St. Paul Mn, I sent them an email wondering why my package was sent to St Paul (which is 5 hours away) and not to Chicago which is only two and a half hours away. I was then notified that my package was being transferred to Fed Ex (not so smart post) and then transferred to USPS. I can no longer track my package and it now says "pending" for the arrival date.

I am an invasive cardiology nurse and I need this power cord to charge my battery (my last power cord quit working) so that I can keep up updated for work. Needless to say I will NEVER use Fed Ex again or buy any product that uses Fed Ex for their shipping!!!!!
