FedEx SmartPost claims - efficient residential shipping for your customers, typically 2-7 business days and we make every effort to ensure your shipments are handled to your satisfaction. I'm not satisfied and I've refunded 2 out of the 3 customers for shipping cost. FedEx SmartPost said that they do not guarantee/refund their SmartPost shipments; no matter how long shipping takes between locations.

The following FedEx tracking numbers did have tracking details via FedEx.com, but those details no longer exist, however, USPS does have theirs.

FedEx tracking # 9261299998825464502763 received on November 29, 2017 and USPS delivered it on December 9, 2017 - 11 days and FedEx had it in their position far too long.

FedEx tracking # 9261299998825464946925 received on December 2, 2017 and USPS delivered it on December 19, 2017 - 18 days and FedEx had it in their position far too long.

FedEx tracking # 9274899998825465423711 received on December 5, 2017 and USPS delivered it on December 20, 2017 - 16 days and FedEx had it in their position far too long.

FedEx SmartPost isn't smart, I learned the hard way.

I asked when package would be delivered after waiting all day until 3:15pm. No delivery and this is supposed to be the 3rd attempt.When I call customer service, same repetition of holding package.
