When a company decides to use FedEx Smart Post, which is ultimately delivered by the POST OFFICE then why does the company prohibit use of the PO Box as a shipping address? For those of us who do not have street delivery, guess what McFly, the PO takes parcels and puts a slip in the PO Box and then we pick it up.
So if you are going into contract with FedEx to use this substandard service, then consider allowing the PO Box at least on the 2nd address line - the PO reads from the bottom up.
I am trying to avoid this service at all costs. It is p-poor and deserves to have the plug pulled until they can do an A1 on the process.
Reason of review: extremely poor & not well planned service.
