Been chasing several items that were supposed to be delivered by FedEx via FedEx Smartpost via USPostal Servive from Solutions.com a week ago.
started trying to check with Fed Ex on Wed...FedEx says it is FedEx SmartPost's responsiblity.
SmartPost says that my local Post Office has it...my post office has never seen it. Called 2nd/3rd day...same run around, but told to call shipper so they can track it. They don't consider it lost for 30 days.
Talked to FedEx...FedEx Smart post has escalated it...should have called me in 48 hours. Bull!
