Order placed on 4/26/15 originating from Amherst, MA to be shipped to Boston, a 1h 45m car ride. Today is 5/11/15 and the Fedex website was last updated on 4/27/15 saying the package was in Willington, CT.
Called Fedex; told me USPS has not relayed that package was picked up from Fedex by USPS. It is nowhere to be found. Never use FedEx Smartpost. This is my 2nd bad experience with it in 1 week.
Make a special request that you want UPS! By the way, when I told Fedex customer service person that Smartpost is awful, she said I know!
