Ordered Package overnight delivered by 10:30am. Tracking # has no delays, its 2pm and no package.

Called spoke to a rep, drivers have no cell phones to call/text and find out delivery time. Only thing they says is it will be delivered by end of day, 7pm. This is a holiday weekend and people want to go home early. Very poor acountablity to consumers.

No way to contact driver and get location or ETA.

In this day and age of electronic comminications, wifi they should now exactly when it will be deliverd. I wouldn't recommend this company to deliver any thing!

Monetary Loss: $150.
