I purchased a Tag Heuer for my Wife for Christmas, and had it shipped to a local FexEx Kinko's location. Long story short, package did arrive at the FedEx location although they said it did. They had a piece of paper stickered to someone else's package and wanted me to sign for it. They told me to come back at 9 am the next morning.
When I arrive at the shop the next morning, after explaining the story, they FedEx Kinko's employee tells me "what do you want me to do?". I said find my PACKAGE and explain why you tried to pawn a GAP package off on me?
UNBELIEVABLE, when I call FedEx customer support, it puts me on hold for 20 seconds and hangs up on me....I have called 3 different numbers and they all hang up on me. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE Experience.
Monetary Loss: $1200.
