Our Japanese supplier shipped some simple electric valves by Fedex. After annoying our forwarder, by ask him why he didn't return the forms that they forgot to send him, I receive a phone call and email from this poorly trained clerk, about the need to complete this BSO form.

They send a pdf form that it not editable. I am waiting to find out if I can fill it out by hand and fax it back.

Some offshore shipments just arrive, which is nice, but others seem to generate new requirements for forms that our supplier was not informed that we would need to complete to receive shipments from this corporate exercise in anarchy, Fedex. I wonder if the board of directors has any idea how poorly managed Fedex actually is?

I didn't like: Requirements changing without adquate notice.
