Shipped an expensive art piece of Friday, extremely well packed in a $25- television moving box [box is 7" thick, lithograph was 1" thick, box was nearly 1/2" thick]. It was just returned, with boot prints all over the center [i guess they took offense to the many glass and fragile stickers I put all over it], blunted corners [this box can take a hit from a baseball bat and survive intact], holes, gouges, digs .

. . artwork UTTERLY DESTROYED!!! I can not STATE ENOUGH how TERRIBLE a company FEDEX is.

It was only going 125 miles, but they managed to run it through every abuse possible in 1 EFFING DAY! I believe it is about time that a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT is filed against the company, to either get them to clean up their act or otherwise be PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!!
