everytime i have a delivery from fedex, the driver get sooo lazy! he would lie about delivering my package and records in the system that "customer was not available" when im there waiting outside of my apartment practically all day!!
the next time, i called and have it re-routed to my workplace and it got even worst!! i called and called to follow up and they keep saying different things..the customer representatives do not know what they're doing, and all they can say is just call back tomorrow.. nothing gets done!!
they are very unprofessional, lazy and dishonest! i wonder how these people still have a job when they're not doing it right?!dont know why they are still in business..??
