I stayed home to accept&sign for package. At 5pm I checked tracking my package on the Web, guess what "delivery exception"customer not available." I've been home all day;no one rang my buzzer.

Checked my front door and no door tag was left. I called Fedex to complain, and the woman told me she was sorry, and she will make a note that i was there all day waiting. But same thing goes with 2nd&3rd attempt. Now I have to drive down to fedex station& pick up a package.

Why FedEx deal with Contractor Driver who are Not responsible?

& why they are not being Held responsible for lousy Service, even after lot of complain again them? FedEx ***
