I had to receive 2 shipments in the last week, each a few days apart. Both times the update on their web page said: "Customer not available or business closed" after I was home all day long both times.
They didn't even bother to buzz or leave a door tag in either situation. I guess it is easier to just say I wasn't home than it is to actually deliver the package.
I was registered for my wedding and received over 100 gifts via UPS. How is it that every single one was delivered on time on the scheduled delivery day?? Because they are great and Fedex sucks. Fedex is a bunch of liars.
