Paid $20 for expedited shipping, my package left the warehouse on Wednesday and arrived in my city at 12:30 Friday morning but never got here!!! Called customer service and had to yell at a robot until it misunderstood me enough times to transfer me to an operator.

Customer service said that it takes packagesat least 24 hours to process before they can leave to a residence but for an extra $15 I could have it delivered the next day (Saturday) which totally contradicted the whole 24 hrs to process" bs.

Totally unsatisfied, when I asked if I could get my money back that I paid for expedited shipping the answer was no, that if I wanted it before Tuesday 8 pm I needed to pay the $15. Pissed off beyond pissed off, I will NEVER use FedEx again!!!!

Monetary Loss: $342.
