Our FedEx driver does not even come to the door or drop packages at our complex office. We've been waiting for 3 weeks for a package that was so called "delivered on 10/11/17".
Really? Where was it delivered to? We happened to be home that day. No door bell, no tag, no nothing.
FedEx SUX. We called and couldn't understand the customer service agent due to his accent, (probably outsourced) and this whole experience is very frustrating and unprofessional.
When It Has To Be There Positively Overnight....REALLY? These people are terrible.Hope your not waiting for emergency products....hire the pony express
