I ordered goods some years ago which incurred customs duty, billed to me by Fedex. I paid my bill for the duties and have not had cause to use Fedex since.

They have since been invoicing other people's customs duties to my account and billing me, as my address is in the same complex as several other businesses. I have told them many times to stop, that each individual should have their own account set up but after speaking/emailing/writing letters etc., and having pointless communications from no less than 12 people, they are now SUING me over an unpaid bill which clearly shows the name of the person who actually owes the money. The matter is currently with my lawyers.

They have the worst customer service I have ever come across in my life, they never return calls or acknowledge communications. I am at my wits end being harrassed by these people...
