My laptop - gone for a month for warranty-covered repairs, which was annoying enough - was out for delivery today. I just started classes and have two online courses in network administration, which are going to require enough computing power to run visualization - so my old backup computer won't work. Because I'll have lost my hard drive, I'll have to do a few hours of setup just to get started on schoolwork.
I was expecting it to be delivered by 7, like usual. But after 6 or 7 hours on the truck, they took it back, citing that it was not due until tomorrow.
Could be worse, I guess, but why drive it all the way back and sit it in the facility, just to drive it out tomorrow?
