I had a package shipped to me via FedEx. Delivery was supposed to be 4 days ago.

Package has been sitting at their facility in Hagerstown, MD for 8 days. I called FedEx, gave them a FedEX tracking number and they claimed zero responsibility for the package. Try to claim it was a package shipped through USPS. They tried to claim that they never touched the package and that it goes from post office to post office and they only ship it from post office to post office.

Okay, why does it have a FedEx tracking number? Why is the package currently sitting in a FedEx facility? The shipper didn't drop the package off at a post office.

The shipper didn't hand their money over to a postal employee. Trying to pass the buck off to someone else is unacceptable behavior.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $760.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Customer service, Delivery service, Being lied to, Service.

If you ever have anything shipped other than the USPS, make sure you ask for a signature upon delivery. This forces FedEx/UPS to take responsibility for "missing" or undelivered packages.

This happens to so many people, it's ridiculous. Call them again and let them know that you will be reporting it stolen/not delivered to the company you ordered from, and the company will contact FedEx and resolve it.
