On 8/20 I paid extra to have an envelope with a piece of paper and a debit card delivered to my son in Hamburg, Germany. He was supposed to get it by the end of the day on Wed.
8/22. Guess what happened: It was a "no show". The FedEx tracking said that it had arrived in Cologne, Germany on 8/21. Finally I called FedEx on 8/22 and the CSR told me that she was going to open an investigation on the matter.
Today, 8/24, I received an email saying that the envelope had been held up in customs. Yeah right!! I called today to get my money back but of course.....NO WAY. They expect me to believe that the Germans held up an envelope for 3 days?
They are SO incompetent and don't have the technology to scan an envelope so they have to hold it for 3 days! Come on FedEx!!!Don't insult my intelligence.
Some body screwed up and they blame it on the Germans to avoid a refund. I will NEVER use FedEx again.
