I am waiting on a time sensitive package and fedex messed up the delivery.I had it shipped to a business, but the delivery guy couldn't figure out when to drop it off despite the posted hours.

The next day he didn't put it on the truck because their "system" said the business wasn't open on Tuesday s and Thursdays.The business is a bar with clearly posted days and hours of operation, so I don't know what is wrong with fedex, but I will never use them again.And they charge too much for shippi g.

We do have a system that tells us when businesses are closed. This means at some point your business was closed on this particular day/time, so it got put into the system and prints out when the package is scanned that the business is closed. Best thing to do would be to call 1800gofedex and see if they can change that for you.
