The tracker stated delivery by 5 p.m. Saturday at 4 p.m. on Saturday the 17th of February the track had changed delivery to Tuesday the 20th end of day based on the FedEx tracker I scheduled an international trip and explain 2 customer service the change would bring in the package a day after I have left on the trip all I heard was I'm sorry no solution available FedEx can change delivery date at any time irregardless on the tracker the package was in Phoenix Arizona on Friday morning and they have decided to not ship it to Las Vegas until Tuesday FedEx has no concern for the customers on the receiving end we are just Pawns in the big picture I would suggest people request a different company for deliveries other than Federal Express

They do slow down packages irregardless all of the commitment on the tracker website don't count on FedEx to be reliable honest or concerned with customer service
