Fedex is unable to locate my package, yet it is not lost according to them. Spoke to 3 different reps, who all did not know what they were talking about, and I have yet to receive my package!

Now after only one attempt at delivery they have no idea where the package is anymore.

I stayed home all day waiting like an ***, because they reps were telling me that I was for sure receiving this package today. Now no one can help me, and I'm being told to call in again on monday.

This is a crappy company, incompetent staff...I want canada post back from strike!
