There is a driver that was in Lake Creek Forest, Conroe Texas on June 7th at 12 pm going 50 miles/hour.This a residential neighborhood that is in the forest.
Speed limit is 30.
We have a ton of baby deer out right now and if one ran out on the road he would killed it.We also have children out playing, riding bikes and scooters.

Your FedEx driver was most likely an independent contractor, if it was the ground driver. The ground drivers are paid per package and really don't care who or what they hit.
You could try to complain to the company, but don't expect them to care.
UPS also drives too fast and are told not to admit to hitting anything.our best bet is to get laws enacted to keep our families safe.
