I placed an order for a cold air intake through K&N, i paid my border duties and they never told the driver that I did so when the driver showed up he left a door tag, he came back the next day when I was home all day and he left another door tag saying that I was not home. I called customer support, they said that they could not do anything about it and I would have to drive 40 min out of the way to pick up my package.

From here on out I'm making sure my packages are not being shipped by them.
