On September 17, 2014 FEDEX was supposed to deliver a package to my home in the afternoon, even though AM delivery had been requested. The driver left an 'unable to deliver' slip.

I called to reschedule for September 18, between 7 PM and 8 PM.

The representative said that they would do so.

At 1 PM a driver attempted to deliver again (please note that the

requested time was ignored) but obviously was unable to deliver.

Subsequently someone came home and found ANOTHER 'unable to deliver' slip.

It is distressing to see that the driver is incapable of understanding

what the words 'between 7 PM and 8 PM' mean.

I then called FEDEX again and was connected to a totally incompetent individual who could only do a run-around.

I hung up and called again. The next representative acknowledged that FEDEX does deliver between 8 AM and 8 PM, but gave me a long-winded speech about the driver making many deliveries and

thus being unable to deliver at the requested time.

So now I called to reschedule again, and left telephone numbers

for them to call with estimated delivery times.

Extremely poor service is an understatement.
