My name is Pranali. I've sent (couriered) one parcel from FedEx on 16th Aug 2011 from Nagpur (Tracking code: 876856233513) for Pune.

It has not received yet to the destination. We do courier for fast services and even used FedEx for fastest services but got very disappointed. I haven't received positive response from the Customer care executive when I called on toll free number. It is really pathetic.

I'll never use FedEx from now onward.

I also suggest other users, please avoid fedex whenever possible instead use any other good courier service. FedEx is really worst

i agree. fedex support is ***.

the first day, i never got a doorbell ring, and they said that I wasn't available or something on their tracking website. yesterday, i left a presigning sheet on my door in case they didn't ring again, and again, i was given a message on the tracking website thing saying that i wasn't available. I left the presigning sheet on the door ALL DAY, and i was home ALL DAY as well. Today, it's almost 6 o clock, and i still haven't received my package.

I DO NOT want to reorder my iPad 2 from apple. *** service, *** ex
