4 days in a row. "customer was not at home" exception.

There were people in the house at all 4 times.

We saw no truck at given time. there was no note saying "we were here at XX time" , not on door not even anywhere in the building.

on the above issue, following reason I got from shipping station [ some1 there spoke with delivery person] :

apt is in a gated apt complex and fedex fellow was not getting entry into the complex, so he was returning from the door!

***.. every day there is either ups or fedex truck and we all know these ppl have access to deliver packages.

Most drivers only make three delivery attempts, not too many will make a fourth attempt. is it possible the address on the label was wrong? did you contact the shipper to verify, something was wrong on it, i'll bet

Same situation here.........I sayed home all day as the package I was expecting had to be signed for and Fed Ex, at the end of the day, stated on their tracking site......'exception' customer not there....oh yes I was .....ALL DAY LONG....now they are delivering it today..can't tell me what time....the drivery man won't answer their call to him...so now I have to cancel two appointments and sit home another day ----who knows if he will even come as he is the 'same' driver as yesterday.......I thought Fed Ex was a good company......How Wrong I Was.....

When 'Quality Control' left the American scene many years ago the downhill slide to bad business began.......and we all pay for it.

ya i know i came to make myself feel better

i felt it was fault maybe im def but ya no note no nothing

and i called and the lady was like it'll come tomorrow so now i have to change my plans on my only day off

This has happened to me twice.Their service is terrible.

They don't do their job and still get paid.I wish there was a way to inform this to Fedex.

It may have the wrong address on it. Call 1800GOFEDEX and confirm the shipping address.
