I request FedEx to hold my shipment at Clifton, NJ location and nowi found that it has been wrongly delivered at Fort Lee, NJ location. I try to reach customer service to lodge a complaint but she instead found helping me to get my package.

Problem is I need this package by tomorrow and FedEx employee in front of me (at Clifton location) told me that they will not deliver until Monday. This is ridiculous!

How can answer of two employee of same group differ? Finally I have to go the place where my package was held.

I never use FedEx and advice others not to use FedEx.
