I am in total agreement.Customer service continually blames GPS for sending the driver to the wrong addy.

Yeah right. No left. Wait...stop-n-drop at the mailbox ON THE ROAD. Disgusted.

Each call to CS puts you on a different horse of the merry-go-round. Seems like interdepartmental non-communication is a trend everywhere today. But this is abso ridiculous, especially when i have amended my addy (in parenthesis) to instruct where NOT to deliver. No more purchases from ANY company that uses this terrible "service." I will drive out of my way to make a purchase if mandated.
